Helium Recovery System
A pump extracts the helium out of the chamber before discharging and feeding it directly into the holding tank. This recycling system collects up to 99% of the tracer gas, which amounts to a remarkable economic saving and keeps emissions at the workplace very low.
ixmation testero™ Helium Leak Detection Systems (HLDS)
This version is a clean room application for pills or food supplement tablets. The film and lid of the filled pill boxes are tested for air tightness, marked and sorted in one step.
The control system is integrated into an enclosed stainless steel power cabinet and ensures a small footprint in the cleanroom area and easy relocation of the ixmation testero™ HLDS, if necessary. On request, the ixmation testero™ HLDS can be equipped with specific plastic rolls.
Helium Leak Detecting – Single Chamber
Single Chamber Helium Leak Detection System to perform leak check on condenser, evaporator, receiver dryer, compressor, casting parts and etc.
Helium Leak Detecting – Double Chamber
The double chamber version doubles the volume of test parts and reduces the testing time. While the parts are tested in one chamber, they can be charged or discharged in the other chamber.
Helium Leak Detecting – Tripple Chamber
This version is designed to increase the volume of test parts for large parts, e.g. for car radiators. While the test is running in the first chamber, the second chamber can be charged while the third radiator is prepared for testing in the third chamber.

Parallel double chamber helium leak detection system for performing leak checks on condensers, evaporators, receivers, dryers, compressors, cast parts, etc. A higher testing system output can be achieved by integrating a conveyor system.
