- 15 years in various management positions for national and multi-national companies
- planned, setup and managed productions, introduced quality standards and transferred know-how
- several years in training, identified, developed and mentored talents in organizations

 

 

Competence:
Paul Morach is responsible for Quality and Knowledge Management for all ixmation sites in Asia. Reporting to the CEO Asia, his role is to standardize and further improve total quality management as well as support all teams on quality matters. Focused on a holistic approach in knowledge management, he works very closely with all parties concerned identifying current and future needs for ixmation as a rapid growing company as well as for individuals. Paul’s diverse knowledge, fast skill-set and understanding of multi-cultural enviornments also contribute to sharing of best practises. This long term goals are believed to be the key to further stengthen ixmation’s global success.
