Experience:
– 9 years as Director of Engineering for Medical and Pharmaceutical devices and equipment
– 11 years as Senior level Engineering Manager for design and development of Automotive and Commercial Consumer Products
– 8 years as senior Engineer for design and development of heavy industrial equipment

 

Competence:
Sam Shadman is responsible for Global R&D in the ixmation group. His role is to establish a “Best in Class” system of Global Standards for ixmation worldwide. His focus is to create a system for knowledge transfer and Know-How. Sam’s diverse experience in the area of technology combined with design engineering, operations and manufacturing will help the establishment of ixmation Global Standard (IGS) with set of guidelines and documentation for combined GAMP (Good Automation Manufacturing Practices) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) to be used as an advanced tool for training, knowledge transfer, use of common parts and components to help reduce design time, cost effective, with high degree of efficiency. His objective is to set ixmation in a path to be a world class, globally competitive automation system design and manufacturer company with emphasis in customer satisfaction, future success and operational improvement of ixmation group worldwide.
