Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in welding technology
- Master degree in Industrial Engineering, focus welding automation

Experience:
- 25 years of experience in welding application of which 11 years in welding research associated with international postings
- 16 years in robotics and welding with technical and business responsibilities
- 11 years in various management positions for multinational companies in China

 

Competence:
Shine is the General Manager for ixmation CHINA and overall responsible for both operations located in Suzhou and Tianjin. His role is to execute ixmation strategy in China, expanding its technical capabilities and grow both sites beyond imagination. Shine’s strong interest in new ideas and technology combined with an open mind, a strong sense of business ethic, the willingness to take responsibility and leading change will further support ixmation long term goals as well as enhance ixmation international collaboration projects.
